Hi, I'm Scarlett! I'm currently a junior double majoring in Biochemistry and Biology. I tutor a few different classes, but Organic Chemistry is my favorite. Like a lot of students, I was initially intimidated by the course, and it has since become one of my favorite classes I've ever taken. If I can, I want to help other students have that same experience!
My tutoring style is patient and flexible. Whether you come in with specific questions or just know that something isn’t clicking, I’ll work with you to make the session productive and tailored to what you need. I'm especially good at breaking down difficult concepts into smaller, more straightforward pieces.
Outside of academics, I enjoy thrifting, reading, and trying out coffee shops with friends. I tutor because I enjoy giving students the support and advice that I wish I had received while taking difficult courses.
