Hi, I'm Jiyoung! I'm currently a junior majoring in Chemistry with a Math minor. I tutor General Chemistry 1 and various Calculus courses. I really enjoy majority of Calculus courses because once you understand the core concepts, even complicated word problems start to feel completely doable.
My tutoring approach is patient and collaborative. I'm strongest at breaking down multi-step problems into manageable pieces so you don't feel overwhelmed. Outside of class, I love watching movies. I became a tutor because I remember how relieved and excited I felt when someone helped me through tough problems and concepts, and I want to share that same experience with others.
