Hello! My name is Deija, and I'm a senior majoring in Medicinal Chemistry and Biochemistry. I tutor General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry, and I can also help with Analytical, Physical, and Bioorganic Chemistry. Bioorganic Chemistry has been my all-time favorite course because it explores the chemical mechanisms behind biological systems. My tutoring style is hands-on and interactive, with an emphasis on connecting class concepts to real-world examples. I'm especially good at explaining fundamental ideas through analogies, making complex topics easier to understand. I know that chemistry is the bane of many's existence, but I love it a lot and want to help others see how interesting it can be. Outside of academics, I enjoy exploring around town and crocheting gifts for my friends. I want to help you like chemistry at least a little bit.
