Hi, I'm Angela! I'm currently a senior studying biomedical engineering with a minor in Spanish. I tutor a range of engineering courses as well as spanish and some life science courses. I especially love tutoring math classes because they can be intimidating, but I like to help students see that they can be fun!
My approach to tutoring is heavily focused on practice problems and conceptual explanations. I'm strongest at helping students with breaking down problems.
Outside of academics, I love lifting and volunteering at church. I became a tutor because I believe that no class is too difficult once you break it down.
When we work together, you can expect a session geared toward your learning style that pushes you to talk out what you are thinking while working on practical class skills.
