Hi, my name is Liam Hnath! I'm currently a senior studying Biology. I tutor biology and chemistry courses, and I especially love biology because it really teaches you how to study successfully for college courses.
My approach to tutoring is allowing the tutee to come to their own conclusions and jumping in to help when necessary. I'm strongest at helping students deal with large amounts of content when preparing for exams.
Outside of academics, I like to stay active, whether it be through lifting, pickup sports, or going on runs. I became a tutor because I love seeing the reaction when a concept finally clicks for someone.
When we work together, you can expect a brief review of where you are in the course, followed by practice problems/content review, and then a short wrap-up at the end summarizing the session and work done.
