Hi! I'm Nyle. I'm currently a sophomore studying Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics. I'm tutoring Calc 1 (MATH 1226) and General Chemistry (CHEM 1035) as of right now;
I like to tutor by building a strong conceptual understanding and then applying that understanding to many different real problems. I'll try to help building problem-solving skills by going through a similar type of problems with you and then letting you try others. I'll remain very patient with you, while trying to leave you with the capability of solving the topics we cover on your own.
Outside of academics, I love creative writing, video games, and listening to a variety of different music. I became a tutor because I used to tutor my friends a lot last year, and it was fun explaining the content I learned to others, because then it felt like I truly understood it, and I could make someone else understand it too.
