Hi! My name is Summer and I am a junior studying biological sciences with minors in psychology and chemistry! I can tutor many courses within the biology and chemistry departments, although microbiology (lab or lecture) is my favorite. My approach to tutoring focuses on helping students figure out what learning style is most effective for them, and then using it to reinforce content. Additionally, I take pride in my time management skills, and helping students learn how to manage their own time can be very useful when trying to study for classes. Academics aside, I love to stay active and am vice president of the Women's Club Lacrosse Team! I became a tutor because I thoroughly enjoy the content I learn and I want to ensure others can as well, while also being successful. When we work together, you can expect a comprehensive approach to content review, as well as creating a study plan with goals set!
