Zoie Sickey

Zoie Sickey is a Graduate Assistant for the Presidential Scholarship Initiative in the Student Success Center.  Zoie is a first year M.A.Ed. student in the Higher Education and Student Affairs program at Virginia Tech. Prior to being a VT student, she earned her bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2022, and served with AmeriCorps the past two years as a college adviser in the Virginia College Advising Corps. She is excited to continue this line of work by assisting more students in PSI as they navigate higher education and hopes to help students connect with the resources they need to develop a more balanced and enjoyable college experience. In her free time, Zoie enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
